How CrunchyKey works
Everything you need to redeem, transfer, and recover — in one place.
Sign in, paste your CK-XXXX key into the redeem box, and press Redeem. We assign you one fresh account from stock and immediately mark the key as used. Your account also appears in Inventory.
Go to Transfer, pick an account you've redeemed, and enter the recipient's CrunchyKey username. Transfers are permanent — double-check the username before sending.
When you sign up, you're given a one-time recovery key (CK-XXXX-…). Save it. If you forget your password, the only way back into your account is the username + recovery key on the Forgot Password page.
Open a support ticket from the Support page. Our admins reply directly in the thread, so all conversation stays in one place.
